Terms of Service

Effective 16 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Beacon, an SLA-tracking app for monday.com published by Zolvus. By installing or using Beacon, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. Who provides Beacon

Beacon is published and operated by Cyril Protat EI, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIREN 512 867 730 (SIRET 512 867 730 00016, VAT FR 66 512 867 730), trading as Zolvus. Publication director: Cyril Protat. Contact: contact@zolvus.dev. Throughout these terms, "Zolvus", "we" and "us" mean Cyril Protat EI.

2. The service

Beacon adds service-level-agreement tracking to monday.com: it computes SLA deadlines in your business hours, shows live countdowns and status on your boards, notifies the right people as targets approach or are breached, and keeps a breach history. Beacon runs on and depends on the monday.com platform. Features may evolve over time.

3. Eligibility & account

To use Beacon you need an active monday.com account and must install Beacon through monday's marketplace using its OAuth flow. You are responsible for your monday account, for the configuration you enter in Beacon, and for the actions of users on your account.

4. Plans & billing

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Your data

Your use of Beacon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data Beacon processes and how. You retain all rights to your data; you grant Zolvus the limited right to process it solely to provide Beacon. As between you and Zolvus, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit that data to the service.

7. Availability & support

We aim to keep Beacon available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and may experience downtime, maintenance or changes. We provide support at support@zolvus.dev, with a target first response within two business days.

8. Intellectual property

Beacon, its name, branding and software are owned by Zolvus and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Beacon while your subscription is active; they do not transfer any ownership to you. "monday.com" and related marks belong to monday.com Ltd.; Zolvus is an independent developer and is not affiliated with monday.com Ltd.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Beacon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. Beacon is a tracking and notification tool: it does not guarantee that any SLA will be met, that every notification will be delivered on time, or that its calculations are error-free. You remain responsible for your service commitments and for verifying critical outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolvus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Beacon. Zolvus's total liability for any claim relating to Beacon is limited to the amount you paid for Beacon in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using Beacon at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the service or comply with law. On termination, your right to use Beacon ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Beacon evolves. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the app or by email. Continued use of Beacon after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts there will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
